True, I read "could make them very rich" as meaning they are buying something that will make them rich, but it could mean people who brought low selling for profit now.
Unclear what they mean.
I see low multiple thousands as a possible blow off silver top, 3 or 4000USD. So you'd need a lot to be very rich, but it depends on your definition of really rich is, 1,000,000 for some people, 10,000,000? 100m?
