Silver Price Watch

Its their world now. They own the law (there is no law, just esoteric cronies) and they can do whatever they want.

Not alot holding it down on the monthly now. It's in an unusual zone that brings excitement and caution as it moves this way for me.

Those MMAs do look very good for a breakout as they are very tight in the uptrend. If one looks carefully a tight cup and handle has formed over the past 4 years

I see silver has crashed again. Well under 52 aud. Back up the truck and buy the dip.
PoS on the daily, weekly, and monthly charts has not crashed! From what I am reading, they are all still in a positive uptrend. Price action needs time to correct itself to keep the forward momentum healthy it's how the markets work.

Up, to keep that trend line happy and in check. A smack down would make me cry a Noa's flood. US shit show about to happen between two idiots that can't even communicate a full sentence between them about working class citizens and how they will fix the Americans economic problems. Just mules following the never ending carrot in front of their face's.

If you had 20k that was going into silver, would you..
A) Do it all asap.
B) Average over the next few weeks.
C) Bulk now and keep some powder dry in case of big dip?
E) Other?

Everyone talks about dollar cost averaging but I'm a bulk purchase kinda guy. I've bought the majority of my silver this way. Having said that, I anylsed the average mining costs and always bought when it dipped below the AISC of the miners. But I doubt those days will present themselves again

The other. Never buy in an uptrend that's my rule number 1. Unless ozcopper puts out limited mintage rounds :) I'm a sucker for it. Forces unbeknown to us can and have smashed silver sp in the past. Cash is king. In saying that silver is in a unknown position on the charts it could go wild or flop like a bad meringue pie. Keep the powder dry and easy into it on the dips good luck

I don't think it's really the time for holding off and hoping for a big dip
It's primed and ready to go, there might be some noise in the mean time, but those few dollars wont matter after what happens happens.
It won't be touched for a decade, by then we'll be having $50-$100 days and the 2 or 3 bucks I could have saved or few oz more I could have had will be easily laughed off.

Will markets respond momentarily to u.s selection results? My guess is not really, as the big end of town probably knows the winner of the grand prix.. i mean race. Is either candidate better or worse for pm's? They both seem like assholes.

I'm inclined to agree with this, especially if someone didn't have much silver. But if you already have a few 1000 Oz's of silver and just want to add to your stack, I'd wait and see what the markets do. Remember in 2020 when it dumped to $11 US? That was well below the mining cost and was in tandem with a stock market crash. The way Silver's price discovery works means it can and will be influenced by such events.

If I had no silver then I'd get in while I can. As you said, a few $$ now won't matter in the long-term. But if I was just adding to an already sizeable stack, I'd probably buy a couple of KG's and, as Silver Soul said, "keep the powder dry".

2020 was a gift. I kept the powder dry and was able to pounce on the opportunity to buy when silver was $18 AUD with a Silver to Gold ratio of 120:1. It cost more to mine it out of the ground at that time. Right before the premiums shot up, too.

It all comes down to individual circumstances:

- Do you already have a sizeable stack of silver?
- Is 20k most of your savings?
- Will it hurt if you bought now and silver dumped?
- Do you foresee a crisis event in the future?

I have plenty, this is what's left of a Trust fund my grandpa set up for my sisters and me 30 years ago.
I'd been trying to convince dad to put it in metal for years, and now he sees what mine has done he decided to finally put it in. Should have been done years ago.
I see the world changing, I am still fully trusting the plan and q said gold shall destroy the FED. I'm expecting gold backed money at some point.
