I love these old school front rear light cars, can be so much fun to drive if you don't mind sinking $$ into them without hope of return
I hope you don't leave that red pocket rocket in a public car park do you? In my neck of the woods that thing would be stripped down for parts faster than a blink of an eye and the only evidence of its existence would be an oil stain it left.
You would be surprised mate. Rare spares markets are booming
^^^ 30k into that? Really. Wow
Dude! Breath relax and take time to meditate before you blow that 50k on that tin can .Yeah, and like 5,000 hours or more. And that's doing all the work myself!
I've never been big on spending money on paint and body work. It's all in the motor, gearbox, brakes and suspension. I've essentially over-engineered it to handle big power reliably. I could probably spend another $50k on it before it's truly complete.

I understand the passion you have for it. When I was a young fart I had a flat 500 1953 modle from memory with suicide doors.
It ran on an oily rag never missed a beat, and went anywhere on bush track and sand dunes . If it got stuck I'd just lift the front up and away it went again. I so miss that car now.
