I got about 1500 out of an ATM at a bank in the last week and went to the counter to get $100 notes the slimy staff wanted ID and my ATM card before they would change it. It annoys me so I told them to FO (I know it's meaningless they could check the ATM).

I want our regulators to stop all this shit not encourage it. Make a banking licence require a certain number of branches and ATM and provide a service.

They forget peasants dont have pools. What shits me is that the meters are digital now, and half the time they estimate a bill based on previous usage, not even reading a meter. How is that legal?
