Silver You've Purchased

As usual SS the coward deletes all his silly posts leaving me holding the bag.
Own what you say big man!

Not exactly silver I have brought, but silver that's out of my budget that I long for.
2oz MAGA hat.

It's even got the snap back and stitching. How TF do they do that? The detail is amazing!

I saw 4547 as the mintage.
It's my 40th birthday coming up next year, I just sent a text out to my family hinting that would be an excellent gift.

Love the certs beneath each piece. I assume you intended to make it look like a silver gun is shooting a Silveroos bar into a silver skull?

Yeah, when I look at it it just flows :)

I really love those Certificates. They make the display a reality.

U look at the piece but then see the details on the Cert.

I makes a solid reality of the Piece as u see the details on the Cert & it fills out the story.

I've been stacking more of my favourite Irish coin! The 1966 10 Shilling.

It is different because:

  • It is the only ever Irish 10 shilling coin
  • It is the first commemorative Irish coin ever made.
  • It is the first Irish coin to not have the harp on one side
  • It is the only Irish coin to feature a person on it: Patrick Pearse
  • It is the sole coin to feature the image of anyone associated with Irish history or politics
  • It had the highest silver content of .833 of any Irish coin issued. (previous coins were .750)
  • It is the only Irish pre decimal coin to feature an inscription on edge
  • Also interesting, the thickness of this coin is uneven, the edge of the coin being thicker than the centre.

Wow, thanks for posting mate.

Stuff like that, with a story behind it, is what make PM's such an interesting space.

So many stories that create a value of information.

Those a really cool coins

I like rebel coins and that one is!

Patrick Henry Pearse (10 November 1879 – 3 May 1916) was an Irish teacher, barrister, poet, writer, nationalist, republican political activist and revolutionary who was one of the leaders of the Easter Rising in 1916. Following his execution along with fifteen others, Pearse came to be seen by many as the embodiment of the rebellion.

September 2025 was a historic month for BullionStar, our biggest and busiest since we opened in 2012, with more than

S$144 million

worth of precious metals sold to investors in Singapore and across the world.
Gold’s rally shows no signs of slowing — after climbing over 11% in September, it has gained a further 8.5% in October so far, now over S$5,400/oz, as investors turn to the security of physical gold in an increasingly uncertain world.

3:1 Buy vs Sell Ratio

Despite gold setting record after record throughout September, BullionStar’s data shows buying activity remained dominant — with over three times more purchases than sales. There was also a large uptick in the quantity of orders, up over 60% on August. This sustained demand highlights investors’ deepening conviction in physical gold’s enduring role as protection against eroding currency value and rising financial-system uncertainty.

Average Order Value Up Over 30%

In September, BullionStar’s average order value climbed to S$18,700 — about 30% higher than previous months, highlighting growing investor appetite for larger physical positions.
This increase was fueled by heightened activity from high-net-worth individuals, companies, and family offices, many of whom are making deliberate, longer-term moves into physical gold and silver as a hedge against macroeconomic volatility and systemic financial risk.
While larger investors led the rise in average order value, demand for smaller bars including 10 g, 1 oz and 100 g gold bars, also remained strong, underscoring that investors of all sizes continue to accumulate.
