I know it sounds funny because of what I've said recently, but the Bollinger bands not expanding on the 4h chart and the lack of tail on the daily candle says to me that a smack down could be coming

Not very often with FM stock. Markets are only open for 8 hours, so gaps occur all the time without correcting.

Maybe. If it does, then a $31.50 target is what I'd expect. But it's a good sign for a breakthrough in the future on the 4th or 5th attempt. This is #3

Of course it will. That short term chart does not dictate the resistance of POS to by the way. You need to go out to a much longer scale to understand its true. Something is brewing with silver and I'm talking a big bust out but I'm at a loss when.
