Silver Price Watch

lt feels like dealers arent putting secondary stuff back out like they used to when the price spiked. It used to be a chance to get 'interesting' things (for a newbie) as people would sell off.
Its like everything is going to refineries instead of being recirculated.
This may be because at these prices they dont think there will be immediate retail buyers, and its just more efficient to melt? Or maybe my perception is incorrect, but at these prices i would expect to see heaps of cool older stuff becoming available. Maybe its all on f.b and ebay. Maybe thats where its at.
On a Bullion Now Live stream (which I enjoy immensly) Michael said that a staff perk is they get to buy 10 ounces of silver a month at spot price. That'd include the pick of the buy backs. They've got quite a few staff members now as it's easy to forget the back end staff (packers).

Then there's their sister store The Little Coin Shop which would get the prime stuff. I should imagine there'd be other people who'd get prime picks as well

Silver nearing $100. New Zealand stackers already celebrating triple digit silver a while back, as it's now $110NZD.

Still no obvious shortages at the dealers though. I reckon we're seeing industrial shortages that will soon become much worse. All the big tech companies have been preparing for this for more than a decade.

A video I watched yesterday from a new YouTube channel (AI but very good so far) said that Samsung and LG are approaching Silver mines directly offering to fund them in exchange for gaurantees of access to silver

Seems that the World has turned completely to :- It's not WHAT u know, it's WHO u know :devilish:

If ur not an Insider or are close to & insider, u are really just picking over the scraps they left on the table, after they are finished 😞

Most wouldn't spend 20-30% of their monthly wage on bullion. And the sheer volume of buybacks that would come through would make their 10oz incentive be insignificant.

But I agree, the front of house staff who take in the buy backs would comb through them and take the best of the best. I'd do it. You probably would too.

I agree 100% 😞 but for a sad reason.

It's because of the downward spiral/decay of Societal Morality. This decay comes down from the top, our leadership/elites :devilish: This filters down thru Society.

It's progressed to the stage that most of society knows that it's turned to " Dog eat Dog " & " Every Man for Himself ".

It's too late in the Game to stop the Decay/Rot. That's progressed to the Core ☠️

Now it's a matter of what sort of Collapse or possibly Revolution that is going to hit a lot of Western Societies

😞

My word I'd grab the ones that I could flip or that would have the most potential for the future. You'd be crazy not to. I certainly don't begrudge BN staff at all.

On a recent purchase of buybacks from BN I stated on the order that I preferred Kookaburra's and that's what I got.I was a happy chappy.

Edit to add.... Potentially you'd get 2 or 3 ounces a week and flip them just holding onto the ones you really want. 🤷‍♂️
