currently 56% or less usd for reserves, just like the COPD lungs, if below 54% then problem in running
then 50% then 45% then 30% or less, ie no longer breathing.
when only 20% left, USD is just a domestic currency.
56-20=36% which is not a big deal, given BRICS and SCO countries would soon be avoiding usd anyway.
