I think someone could do a dollarydoo without having licensing issues, but there would be some major issues if the Simpsons feature at all.
It would just have to use the name and be a totally different Australiana theme.

You could probably get away with that, clearly Simpson style head but probably different enough, although I'm no copyright expect at all.
