Trumps not going to tarrif everything, he's going to do what he calls "reciprocal tarrifs" if you'd listened to him.
For instance there are no US cars in Europe because Europe puts massive tarrifs on US auto but US puts none on EU auto makers, resulting in EU having access to US market but not the other way around.
For the most part these tarrifs will never be, its a bullying/negotiating tactic and it will work.
