Silver Slayer makes a pretty good (unintended) case for silver confiscation. He drops the ball by thinking military consumption isn't accounted for when analysing supply and demand. Most of the equipment the military uses is made by private companies, which would be included in the "industrial demand" part of the silver surveys.
