I don't know anyone but I was planning on doing this myself to my 4x4 elgrand.

There's some really cool slide out bed frames we were considering to maximise space. I'll dig up a video on YouTube for you.

From my experience, unless you're doing the work yourself, a project like this will cost a small fortune. It's a buyers market for second hand campers/motorhomes at the moment. If you're not stuck on the idea of converting your crafter, there's some really great FB groups dedicated to selling motorhomes and campervans. A friend of mine just bought a kitted out Toyota coaster for like $12k and is currently making his journey around AUS.

I'd expect $20k+ for a decent setup. A budget of $30k might be more realistic for a premium build.

For motorhomes, I've seen people do it themselves and it still cost $80k. Shit adds up real quick.
