Of course its fake. Its a message to the west, normalising theft and demonising controlling your own finances outside the private kabalist banking sector. Agressive people always have greivances with the lower tier regional extortion gangs (council) so the fake but effective message chooses a mayor. That way everyone falls for the trap because they are fired up. They are disenfranchised by the banks (there is NO govt., only banks) and instead of correctly seeking retribution from the usurers, their greivances are deflected and they litterally side with the violent mobs (cops, bankers goon sqaud) who are punishing someone for being their own bank.
