Is it the playing pieces that are 22k?

They are 22k plated

Definitely plated. It looks like the the houses and hotels are and there may be some 22k inlay on the cards and around the board, too. When doing my searches, I haven't seen one with the table. The board itself is advertised on eBay for $1750.

I live in Canberra, so if anyone's interested I can negotiate and pickup on your behalf.
