I listened & heard the salient part :- there are now MORE guns in AUS than there were at the time of the Port Arthur shooting.

So all of the " gun buy backs ", legislation & harassment of legal gun owners has achieved Absolutely Nothing in deterring, let alone decreasing, gun crime in AUS.

Seems like shades of prohibition in the USA. All that achieved was to develop the Largest & most Viscous Gangsters/Mobs in USA history.

Maybe a bit more " Policing of Crime " would be a better approach. ( but not the policing of saying " Harsh/Hurtful " words online )
