What is a cooker?

The 'not smart' with money oldies have a spare $3K to help the people living week to week (they sound smart enough to me)

They focus on the recent drop in the silver price not it's spectacular gains over a slightly longer period.

Sound like BS rage bait (that is the effect most MSM articles have on me).
