Earlier this week a report came out that in Russia's new draft budget, "the plan is to acquire refined gold, silver, platinum, and palladium to increase the share of highly liquid assets in the state fund."

The BRICS members are probably demanding this as a strategy plan, as these metal's are manipulated by outside forces they have no control over at the moment. Strategic volume's and no supply' to other nations makes this method a masive weapon against the USD. BRICS is a new power house that could bring the wallstreet whores down. The US needs to lookup and take notice.

When your country's consumption exceeds supply, it makes sense to have strategic reserves.
 
When you don't take usd anymore, set it in your trade term, selling for Yuan ONLY. OR GOLD!!!

It's potential digital token. The rise of BRICS and demise of USD brings us a step closer to a global digital currency. Although the USD is junk, and a BRICS currency as they claim it to be (backed by commodities) shows a lot of promise, it's purported to be exactly what the globalist want, and any celebration of the fact may be premature and/or misplaced.
 
BRICS will not be an IOU fiat system. Instead I invisage a country will buy credits in either gold or silver or a documented trade of some kind in other assets to enter the group. It's just my take on it so far
 
Digital or not, its a block chains system that promote transparancy in commodities markets for its members, and free from manipulations. The opposite of current corrupt system and manipulated silver price :)
