Are you tired of empty promises from entrenched, entitled parasites masquerading as your representative?
If the answer is yes, how will you set about change?
Let's face it, a vote for LNP, Green or Labor will only serve up more of the same shit sandwich. So, what to do?
Do you truly believe the village idiot aka hillsong hypocrite, pissed up root-rat barney, wheazey, greasey, calabrese or sarah sea-patrol are the best this country has to offer?

I had the pleasure of listening to a wise old gentleman recently, & his solution is extraordinarily simplel & must be effective, unless of course the counting is rigged & fraudulent.
His solution is the first step in restoring the possibility of true representation. We need to lawfully remove the parasites that see themselves as untouchable.

This fellows advice is simple, where ever you are, PUT THE SITTING MEMBER LAST.
It guarantees a clean slate.
Interested to hear your thoughts.

I've never voted. I was considering voting this election but have several reasons why I still don't think it worthwhile:

#1 - Government is so low on the pyramid of power in this country. Big Tech, corporations, special interest groups and the financial "elite" have so much influence, power and control in the direction we go. In my view, government is just there to deal with surface-level issues and has serious limitations in addressing the deeper problems that plague our society.

#2 - Although I support all the minor parties and independents who are willing to defend our freedoms and civil liberties, I don't think any of those parties have what it takes to run this country.

#3 - Let's say we are able to gain enough seats to make some serious changes and drain the rot that lies within our parliament and government, we still have to deal with the REAL forces of power that run the world. This will not be done on a national level - This will take a global effort.

#4 - If we push too hard against these forces, they have the ability to destroy us. What seems good now may very well be the worst outcome for tomorrow. They could cause so much pain that the Australian people will accept anything to return to the way of life we have today.

I think the world is heading down a dark and dangerous path, regardless of how the Australian people vote. The system is rigged and I feel like I'm fooling myself if I believe my vote will change that. I feel far more content not participating in the Shit Show than I do by believing we can make any meaningful difference at the polling booths.

On the flipside to the above: It's only a minor inconvenience to cast your vote and maybe it's just better to do it and make it a little more challenging for TPTB to erode our freedoms and control every facet of our lives. In that sense, maybe it's worth it?

What do you all think?

I've only voted once, in my late teens when a few friends dragged me there. They were only voting because they didn't want a fine.

What are your thoughts on the points I raised in my previous comment?

Additionally, can we have a true democracy when the population is largely manipulated by propaganda and trickery. Those who are capable of voting, as Socrates put it, "rationally and deeply", are a very small minority of voters. If they're always outnumbered by sheeple voters, then that game becomes more about who can manipulate the masses most effectively, rather than who (or which party) had the most merit. It's another reason why I don't vote - it's futile because the system is rigged to benefit the few it's designed to serve.

"In the dialogues of Plato, the founding father of Greek Philosophy ? Socrates ? is portrayed as hugely pessimistic about the whole business of democracy. In Book Six of The Republic, Plato describes Socrates falling into conversation with a character called Adeimantus and trying to get him to see the flaws of democracy by comparing a society to a ship. If you were heading out on a journey by sea, asks Socrates, who would you ideally want deciding who was in charge of the vessel? Just anyone or people educated in the rules and demands of seafaring? The latter of course, says Adeimantus, so why then, responds Socrates, do we keep thinking that any old person should be fit to judge who should be a ruler of a country?"

..."Crucially, Socrates was not elitist in the normal sense. He didn?t believe that a narrow few should only ever vote. He did, however, insist that only those who had thought about issues rationally and deeply should be let near a vote."

The vast majority are too easily manipulated by mass media, therefore we'll never escape the cycle of two major parties. And even if by some miracle a minor party was voted in, they'd only end up doing the very same things that the major parties do now.

The whole COVID circus is a huge wakeup call as to exactly how stupid the majority of people are, and how dumbed down society as a whole is. There is nothing the majority will not do to protect their job / career. Including taking an experimental gene therapy that skipped long-term trials.

Even now the majority fail to see the blatantly obvious globalist cabal running the show. Mention "The Great Reset", or that you do not trust mRNA "vaccines" and you immediately get labeled a conspiracy theorist.

Voting is a waste of time. That's why the government encourages it. They know they're in control via mass media. Otherwise they wouldn't let you vote.

People seem to have a misguided notion that if they can get enough support they can vote in someone better. When has this ever happened? Look what happened when JFK got voted in.

These home made how to vote cards are pretty good.

BREAKING NEWS - is the senate election valid?

How dodgy is that! Most of the CEC reps sounded like they knew exactly what was up. They spoke like they were remembering instructions. I thought it would be a couple of recorded phone calls but there were like 10 of them and each rep sounded super dodgy. That's enough to warrant a serious investigation into the CEC.
