At the same time % set in portfolios get auto liquidate to balance proportion under x% usually 10. With price up last year, too heavy now...so it must be sold to reduce their proportion.
 
Monitoring BullionNow's Silver inventory and they've dropped down to 37 products available. This is the lowest I've ever seen it. Only approx. 14 of those products are from government mints with very low numbers available. Some are on pre-order. I had a quick look at how many Oz's of each product were in stock, and I estimate they only have about 5,500 - 7,000 Oz's between their 37 products. That's nothing. It could be chewed up in a week of aggressive buying. Many of their products are high premium private mint varieties.

On the FB groups I'm in, there's an influx of new buyers entering the scene. The private bullion market is about to enter a new phase of price discovery. Unobtainium is closer than we think.
