GSR is now down to a 67:1 😁

Revision to the Mean is a Validated Concept. It can be found on a lot of traded things that are charted.

Long Term ( 100 + yrs ) Mean of the GSR is 42:1 ( I'm waiting on Revision to this Mean. I have the time to wait )

When The GSR goes under 50:1 I will be a seller of SILVER to buy GOLD, because in the longer term, GOLD is the better store of Wealth/Value

I feel you're not paying close enough attention to be willing to swap silver for gold at 50:1. Looking at the recent historic ratio would indicate it's a good idea, but silver has never been in a position like it is today. Silver has never been so widely used in industry. Silver has never had such diminished aboveground available reserves. Silver has never had such significant deficits. Silver has never seen such declines in ore grades and stagnating mine supply. The supply and demand fundamentals have never been so strong for silver. 50:1 is still insanity - especially with a 7:1 mining ratio and a 20% year-on-year deficit.

You'll still be winning either way but I think you've assigned too much significance to the GSR over the past 40-100 years that you're not seeing the bigger picture. Take away aboveground stockpiles that have been utilised to manipulate the metal and you'll see where we're headed. We haven't even begun to see a real physical shortage in the markets yet.

Maybe I should have added that when the GSR was 105:1 I swapped 3 oz of Gold for 300 oz of Silver.

So when the GSR is below 50:1 I can swap 150 oz of Silver back for my 3 oz of Gold & still have 150 oz ( basically free ) of Silver that has a much higher Value.

The only thing I would sell any of my Stack for is a Solid Income producing Asset.

Just my view.

I'm a Stack & Hold

That's why I said you're winning either way. But 25:1 is 4x and highly probable IMO 😉

Not sure if want goldie
Silver is such a small change, when 1k each oz
We can always convert them to digitals when mandatory for food and water.
Silver to buy a house ?

$500,000 AUD in silver is well over 150 kg - That's a lot to haul around

$500,000 in Gold - less than 80 oz - I could fit in 2 pockets 😁

It's still just so crazy to me that 1oz of silver is basically AUD $100......

Thinking out loud. We could almost go back to a metal standard with the current stock. There are 1/10, 1/4, 1/2oz 1oz options for silver. (round figures) $10, $25, $50 & $100.

Then we have 1g gold bars in certicards - $200 2.5g $500, 5g $1,000
