Cash.....

Is Julie still around?  I used to look forward to her input.

On a related note, I deposited $1200 cash that I'd been saving aside but needed to put into my own account to make a transfer to super. I had to show ID, sign two documents and tick a check-list of about 10 questions before they would accept the deposit and transfer. I asked what the minimum criteria for this process was and was told $100 or more.  CBA.

There is a dollar store in Lithgow where the cashier doesnt handle cash, you just put your cash in a slot and the change comes out. Company has ccp sized capital to back it though.

Damn, what a way to run a business o_O

A bonus was the :poop: shitty attitude on the kid serving 😲

They don't accept cash because the Manager can't trust these dimwit kids not to steal it all :ROFLMAO:

Just another example of the shitty world we are descending into
The real issue is not that the kid would steal the cash, it is that he keeps giving it away because he thinks the change of $10 for a $5 sandwich is $9. Poor damn kid just can’t count

If you're not 100% in physical metals at this point, are you even a stacker?
Money comes in, rent, bills, food, fuel, and more metal.
100% mate.

PM's will be our salvation in the Crisis & will see us to the other side of the financial collapse that is fast approaching.

I think it's what a lot of people don't understand about stackers.

It's not about making money/profit. This is about survival into the future & not to be a victim of the " System " when it implodes.

Given the recent price appreciation, I'm now about 70% of my net worth into Physical Metals.

Sadly I know people that are 95% DEBT & a few dollars in a bank account. Life may be a bit difficult for them if the SHTF does happen.

Time will tell who is on the right side of history !

Do you have a good buyer?
Any positive selling stories out there in regards to registered dealers paying spot (recently like in the last few weeks) ??

Totally. I have a zero debt policy. Some of my mates can't function without debt. Up to the eyeballs and living paper rich but reality poor.

You were very lucky. No one buys anything here and only for spot on SS...
Facebook groups are the best avenue for private sales. Nobody buys here because so few are looking to acquire (long-term stackers). Constructively, I think you'd have more opportunities to sell if you used photos. You often have such good deals that I'd love to share with people who I know would be interested but your listings feel incomplete without pictures.

I understand but I explained this before.I dont like it when people using my pics for any reason on other platforms-it happened before.I know its a public forum hence no pics.Im only a message or txt away:)

Can you just put a watermark over your pics?

I think I'll have to be active on SS as well to grab some of the stuff selling on there. Although TBF I'm happy just grabbing an ounce or two now and then from Bullion Now and use their free 3 month storage. I've been very happy with BN service

I sold 1000oz of silver recently. Absolutely no issues on the private market above spot. Easiest thing I've ever sold.
I'm just wondering where the best places are for selling? There's so many FB places out there, it's a bit confusing?

You must be careful with Facebook groups, as there's a bunch of scam groups out there.

But there are two main groups that are fantastic for selling (and buying).

The first one is GSSA.

The second is one is the Buy/Swap/Sell Bullion page:
