Of course there are sellers but there must also be buyers. If there were only sellers then the price would go down. The price tells me there are more buyers

I think we have a serious parasite infestation. All FIRE (finance insurance and real estate) businesses are out of control, this is where government regulations should be focused. Of course government is another parasite problem that is only helping serious donors or groups that have dirt on them.
